I am a Managing Partner and a Founder of Tskhay and Associates, Inc. Inspired by working with my clients as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting and later as a Chief of Staff and an HR leader at a successful education technology start-up, Top Hat, I started a consulting firm, squarely focused on helping organizations use their people data to drive retention, engagement, and performance.
I’ve worked with clients across financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy and resources, and public services sectors, helping them with people analytics, leadership strategy and assessments, diversity and inclusion, and general HR programming. In addition, as an operational leader, I’ve established several effective talent management and measurement programs consistently used across the organization today, driving a 31% improvement in retention and a 37% improvement in engagement in only 18 months.
I hold a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts degrees in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. I’m known for my previous research work focused on leadership and charisma. I also serve on the People Analytics Advisory Board for HR.com and a Health Benefits Advisory Board for Health Benefits Canada.
